A handful of apps did not run at scheduled times. Apps include Time Zone Checker, Object-to-Object Appender, Object-to-Contact Appender, Account-to-Object Appender, Twilio Pro (response handling only), Prescoring, SFTP Notifier (if running on a schedule), SFTP Importer, Personalization Manager SFTP Exporter (if run on a schedule), Hootsuite Interaction History.

The server for handling scheduled events hung. An alarm was raised, and the incident was handled by the team the following business day. New events for affected apps were slow to process as the backlog events were processed, but all data was processed.
